Message from Lord West

Ardlines caught up with Lord West recently to record this video message for all ARDENTS on the 42nd anniversary of the loss of our 22 shipmates and HMS Ardent during the Battle for Falkland Sound on the 21 May 1982.

Despite his somber tone, Lord West ends on a hopeful note, looking forward to next year's reunion. hopefully in Devonport, and encouraging everyone to make the most of life and enjoy the summer.
